Datisan has a newly created role for a Service Delivery Manager, to play a part in our growing data team.

This is a great opportunity for a curious individual who is ready to build on their experience and work with a truly passionate team.

This role will be based in Newstead and working with our CEO to drive ongoing client relationships through timely and efficient delivery of projects.

You will be the advocate of our customers & team members, ensuring we deliver against our high standards and the expectations of our clients.

What will I do in this role?

  • Manage relationships across your key stakeholders – customers, shareholders and employees
  • Support the CEO with sales to delivery activities (ie: be the handover point from sales into delivery)
  • Develop project timelines & delivery sprints
  • Manage project tasks & deliverables
  • Iterate and improve delivery frameworks & procedures
  • Review services and performance against SLA/KPIs
  • Lead and manage internal delivery teams to review incidents, problems and other operational issues that impact client deliverables
  • Drive the teams to remediate problems and provide root cause analysis as needed
  • Provide regular service reports to the clients on units of work performance over time
  • Drive client retention & advocacy through exceptional service delivery & relationship management
  • Day to day project management while we grow

What else do you need?

Skills and experience

We would love to see how you have proven yourself in the delivery of these skills:

  • Process and procedures in systems development, analysis and optimisation
  • Proven results in successful project and document management systems to ensure on time and on budget delivery of projects
  • As a single point of contact for customer issue resolution, expectation management and communication for all service delivery.
  • Manage contract partners and internal teams across multiple cross functional lines
  • Managing business priorities to help to organise the delivery of projects based on the needs of ours & our clients’ businesses
