Datisan’s Client Success Manager is critical to the support of our enterprise clients and the ongoing growth of those partnerships.
The CSM has a strong understanding of Datisan’s services and how they translate to our clients’ business goals, roadmaps and digital maturity.
The CSM works closely with the Datisan Sales and Marketing team as part of the pre- and post-sales process; responsible for owning the relationship with the client, acting as client escalation as well as identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
